Kyle Haramliysky is founding partner at xEquity Group. His primary responsibilities include managing investment professionals, sourcing opportunities, qualifying deals, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, overseeing project management, and developing and executing exit strategies.

Kyle has 10+ years of real estate experience and has a multitude of senior and executive level asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, business development and strategy experience. His real estate experience includes over 15 deals acquisitions ($200M+) resulting in 20-39% IRR. His experience stems from management consulting in strategy where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advising Fortune 500 company executives on deal sourcing, strategic and financial due diligence and post merger integration of 11 deals  ranging from $2-5 billion in transaction value. 

Kyle received both his Bachelor and Master degrees at McCombs Business School at the University of Texas at Austin graduating with honors in Finance, Accounting and Business Honors. 

Phillip Dotzinski is a founding partner at xEquity Group. His primary responsibility is the execution of all xEquity's operations and developments. Phillip oversees the lending and development operations while creatively evolving the principles that make xEquity unique and value driven for its investors and clients.

He is key in the management of our development and acquisition projects, being responsible for all entitlements, including site scoping, architectural plans, governmental approvals, builder relations and construction. He also oversees our property management arm, ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operations to drive superior returns and exceptional customer service.

Phillip has 17+ years of real estate experience accross investment & acquisitions, property management, renovations, new developments and construction for multifamily apartments & condominiums. He is also a serial entrepreneur, having started a variety of businesses across real estate, manufacturing, consumer/retial, technology and marketing. He is founder of a family of vertically integrated companies in construction, design/build, and manufacturing in Tampa Bay, Florida. Phillip is a State Certified General Contractor (#CGC1526762).
